It’s a real, movement-based experience where you’ll learn pole-inspired moves and we'll dance together—without using a pole. You’ll get to feel, firsthand, how pole and dance can feel in your body.
This session is 1:1 (just you and me), live on Zoom, and completely free.

HERE'S HOW THIS 30-MIN SESSION UNFOLDS:
Connection: We’ll take a moment to settle in, introduce ourselves, and make sure you feel comfortable before moving.
Warm-Up: You’ll be guided through a gentle, pole-inspired warm-up to prep your body for sassy moves.
Pole Dance Inspired Moves: You'll learn 2-3 foundational pole dance moves, adapted for the floor, focusing on strength, sass, and flow - without a pole.
Dance Flow: We'll bring those moves together for a short combo and dance with music so you'll experience how it feels to move with rhythm, expression, and intention. It'll be easy and super fun, I promise!
Reflection: We’ll check in on how it felt and give you space to share anything you noticed in your body or want to reflect on.
BY THE END OF THIS SESSION, YOU'LL...

Hello, I'm Lacin!
I'm the founder of Magnetic Pole Fit, the best pole and dance studio in Silicon Valley.
I hold a Master of Fine Arts degree in Dance and have been teaching pole, dance, and movement for over 10 years.
But before this life... I worked in the corporate world (surprise, I have a BS in mechanical engineering). I know what it's like to hide your curves, suppress your sensual energy, and feel disconnected from your feminine body.
4 years ago, I created the 6-Week Pole Program for Absolute Beginners and the response was incredible from the very first one. The program sold out every run for 4 years, thousands of women joined - getting stronger, more confident, and feeling sexy through pole dancing.
Seeing those transformations made me ask a new question:
How can I bring this experience to every woman without requiring a pole?
